How does it work?
First, the operator loads the printing plate at the plate loading part. Then, the operator manually places each bag onto the feeding conveyor. The machine automatically adjusts the printing size and printing position. Once everything is set, the printing head moves down with the scraper to transfer the design onto each bag.
After printing, the bags move through the drying oven to dry the ink instantly. Finally, the finished bags are delivered out via the outlet conveyor belt. The entire process is controlled through a simple human-machine interface touch screen — easy to operate, even for beginners.
