HX-1400 fully automatic strapping machine is a new product improved by our company on the basis of the original mature products. At the same time, it combines the advanced technology of Japanese TOM strapping machine and adopts first-line brand accessories at home and abroad to achieve high stability, high speed and high automation. As the goal, it really enables users to achieve high efficiency, energy saving and labor saving. This machine is connected with any domestic brand automatic gluer and nailer. The adjustment of the whole machine is controlled by touch screen, PLC operation, simple operation and stable operation. The maximum processing speed can reach 25 packs per minute, which solves the problem of restricting carton The problem of bundling and packaging speed in the back road not only saves 1-2 operators, but also improves the speed of the front-end automatic box gluer and nail box machine, which really improves the efficiency.

Structure and composition

1.Conveyor part The connecting part of the box gluer, nail box machine and baler, which plays the role of buffering, checking and connecting.
