Introduction of the Machine
The PS 920 Fully Vacuum Transfer Fully Computerized Automatic 3 Color Printer Dryer, 1 Color Bottom Printer Dryer with Stacker is designed for corrugated board printing applications. The machine is equipped with a 3-color top printing system, a 1-color bottom printing unit, infrared drying systems, and an automatic stacker. The machine helps manufacturers achieve stable material transfer, accurate print registration, and efficient production for corrugated packaging applications.
How Does the Machine Work?
The PS 920 processes corrugated boards through a continuous production flow:
Feeder Unit
• Wheel-type lead edge feeding system.
• Negative-pressure suction feeding ensures accurate and stable board transport.
• Anti-static brush cleaning device removes dust and paper scraps before printing.
Top Printing Process
• Corrugated boards pass through three top printing units.
• The machine is equipped with a full vacuum transfer system during the printing process.
Integrated Drying System
• The machine is equipped with two infrared drying units.
Bottom Printing Unit
• The machine is equipped with a 1-color bottom printing unit.
Stacker Unit
