Introduction and Precautions of Machine Parts

1. Active parts should be oiled frequently, and it is best to oil them before each startup.
2. During startup, there should be someone in front of the machine to watch over it, and pay special attention to the temperature setting, which is generally set at 20-70 degrees. If the displayed temperature is abnormal or exceeds the range too much, it must be powered off for maintenance. It should not exceed 90 degrees at most, otherwise the belt will burn or easily cause a fire.
3. Fire extinguishers or other fire extinguishing devices must be placed in the workshop, and there must be exhaust fans. It is best to install environmental protection equipment to exhaust the odor of printing ink.
4. Professionals should check whether the various parts of the machine are operating normally and the wear and tear, generally once a week
